Trouble Shooting
If you are have having problems with your login/email and password - you may have the incorrect 'cookie' settings. Please check that you have set your cookies set correctly. In Internet Explorer go to "Tools" then select "internet Options" click on the "privacy tag" and choose "advanced" this will then give you the a series of options. Select "override automatic cookie handling" and allow "session cookies"
